Educators  can’t do real meaningful work  with students if we don’t understand the population. Truth is America is shaped by a system built on inequality and racism. This is evident by  stereotypical images of certain cultures and excludes voices from different backgrounds.

Blunt concepts and Solutions will help those wanting to understand racism and its roots in the educational system.We question  privilege and biases, and slowly dismantling those systems and beliefs internally. The training will spark  important discussions that provide insight into how  educators are grappling with these issues. A clear concrete view with factual information to support solutions that support black students.
